The Shaker Heights Teachers' Association is an independent association representing the certified/licensed full-time and regular part-time salaried teachers in the Shaker Heights City School District.

Among our purposes are promoting and protecting the professional welfare of our members; encouraging teachers to accept leadership in school and civic affairs; and sharing the educational expertise of the membership to provide the best education possible for each child.
